How Modaluce handles website enquiries, project information, supporting files and third-party media.
Who to contact
This website is operated for Modaluce Pty Ltd. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, use our enquiry form and select a privacy-related subject. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your initial enquiry.
Information you provide
The enquiry forms collect your name, email address and message. Depending on the form and the optional fields you choose, we may also receive your organisation, telephone number, project location, product selections, planning details and supporting files. Only provide project information and files that you are authorised to share.
Why it is collected
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, discuss suitable products or project support, and maintain the correspondence needed for that enquiry. Product and project selections can be included in your message to preserve the context you chose.
Storage and notifications
Enquiries are saved in the website database. Supporting uploads are stored separately using private object storage. The application is hosted on Replit. Where email notifications are enabled, an email delivery provider processes the relevant details to notify the team. A website saved-reference confirmation is not a confirmation that an email has reached an inbox.
Security and retention
The application uses access restrictions for operator functions, private file boundaries and rate limits. Network and browser information may be processed for security and abuse prevention. Enquiry records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule in the application. Contact us to discuss access, correction, deletion or any confidentiality requirement before providing sensitive project material.
Media and other providers
Embedded YouTube media and Google Fonts contact external providers. Those providers receive network and browser information and may use their own cookies and policies. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' practices. No advertising or audience analytics tracker is installed by this application.
Your choices
You can omit optional details and ask the team through our enquiry form about an alternative way to share confidential files. You do not need to provide confidential documents to make an initial enquiry.
