COVERAGE AND ELIGIBILITY

Warranty coverage and any extended certified-installer terms are governed by the applicable approved written policy. Product registration and installation documentation support assessment of a claim.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

Outdoor electrical connections, drainage and mounting details must follow the product instructions and applicable standards. For relevant inground products, use the required Modaluce-supplied two-part resin encapsulation system.

Contact the Modaluce service team with the product reference, installation information and description of the issue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
