Dynamic Power | More from Architectural Colour
Some architectural colours demand more output from particular LED channels. In compatible multichannel luminaires, Dynamic Power redirects available electrical capacity to the active mix, strengthening the chosen colour within the luminaire's rated operating limits.
THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE ALLOCATION
In a fixed-allocation multichannel system, power assigned to inactive sources can remain unavailable to the active colour. Dynamic Power redirects available capacity to the channels producing the selected mix.
THE SAME CONNECTED LOAD
The existing comparison visual illustrates how channel input power can be reallocated within the same rated wattage. It is an electrical illustration, not a universal claim that measured lumens double.
ENGINEERING IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
The selected LED engine, current limits and thermal design govern the possible allocation. Actual output and compatible configurations vary by luminaire.
COLOUR WITH GREATER PRESENCE
On major façades and landmarks, the intensity of a selected colour matters. Dynamic Power makes more effective use of available electrical capacity in compatible multichannel luminaires, including CHROMA7 RGBWCLA variants, with output governed by the actual LED and thermal design.
PART OF A WIDER COLOUR CHOICE
Dynamic Power applies to compatible multichannel configurations. Dedicated single-colour luminaires serve a different purpose: a chosen colour expressed directly, without requiring multichannel mixing.
